Recipe: 2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Well this post won't make it past the jump...all I can say is this is an EASY recipe that your kiddos will be able to love, and you'll know that they are eating something that's good for them!

This recipe has been floating around everywhere and it's my go-to for a quick and nutritious breakfast if I've run out of other ingredients :)

Take a ripe banana (the more ripe, the sweeter the "pancakes" will be!), whisk in 2 eggs, and add any other ingredients (e.g. chocolate chips, nuts, shredded coconut, etc.). Grease your pan (I use coconut oil), fry, and voila!
