Recipe: Korean Beef

easy delicious dinner with ground beef

Another family favorite and easy to make. I can't believe I haven't already posted this! 

If you like rice, beef, sugar, and salt...well this is the recipe for you!

Are you a horrible cook? Then this recipe is for you! It's super easy, its a matter of making minute rice, and throwing some ingredients into a pan and stirring, best part is the flavor of the beef, you really can't go wrong. My 2.5 year old gobbled it up without me even reminding him to eat, that in itself is worth it to make :)







Ingredients: 
o   1 lb lean ground beef
o   ½ cup brown sugar
o   ¼ cup soy sauce
o   1 tbs sesame oil
o   3 cloves garlic, minced
o   ½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
o   1 tsp sriracha (or to taste)
o   1 tsp pepper
o   1 bunch green onions, diced

Directions:
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown ground beef with garlic in the sesame oil.
  2. Drain most of the fat and add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, pepper and sriracha. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors. Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. Serve over steamed rice and top with green onions.
