Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Hellman's chicken mayo recipe

YUM. Super simple, and super tasty!  This recipe is taken from Hellman's mayo website.   It's quick, easy, calls for very few ingredients but is so satisfying that I can't believe tonight is my first night trying it!

I would probably try this again with a different side than green beans, we seem to prefer asparagus lately because it tastes good and is also easy to prepare.

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Hellman's mayo (we used Miracle Whip)
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese (or more to taste)
  • 4 tbs Italian seasoned bread crumbs


     1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

     2. Mix mayo and cheese in a small bowl.

     3. Lay chicken on a baking sheet and spread mayo mixture on top of each breast.

     4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. At this point I would start prepping my asparagus, snap the
         heads and line on a baking sheet, spray with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

     5. Bake chicken for approximately 20 minutes or until tops are browned and chicken is cooked 
         through. During the last 10 minutes, bake your asparagus.
