Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Gross looking no? Tasty tasting yes? I tried five a thousand different angles to make this meal look more appetizing but failed every time, this is the best I could do! 

Looks mushy and gross but I SWEAR this tastes great! AND...it's easy to make :) As with most of my recipes. 3 ingredients and out comes an incredibly tender and lovely chicken dish. A can o' mushroom soup, chicken, and rice (and seasoning should you so please). Keep on reading for the recipe!

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Seasoning of your choice
  • Rice of your choice

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Pour can of mushroom soup into a deep bowl and mix with ½ can of water (or add more for a less thick sauce).
  • Lay chicken breasts in a baking pan, season, and pour mushroom soup mixture covering chicken.
  • Bake chicken until cooked through. In the meantime, prepare rice according to packaged instructions.
